knowledge of open access

Open Access (OA) is a model that makes research available to research information available to readers at no cost. This means that If all institutions were to embrace OA, institutions would be saving the thousand Dollars that they have been paying to publishers for other developmental projects. It is therefore very important we advocate for OA among our researchers

Open scholarship is openness in the scholarly and research environment that is changing how knowledge is created and shared. Examples of these includes Open Access, Open data, open educational resources among others.

Open science is a practice of making scientific research from all fields available for everyone to access for the benefits of scientists and society for equitable sustainable development. It majorly aims at bridging the information gap between developing and developed countries
