In my role at the library includes managing a diverse collection of multimedia resources. My responsibilities involve cataloging new acquisitions, ensuring that each entry is accurately described and easily accessible through our digital catalog. I also oversee the maintenance and organization of the physical collection, implementing systematic shelving practices to optimize space and improve user navigation. A significant part of my work includes assisting patrons with locating and utilizing resources, providing guidance on the use of our digital databases, and offering recommendations based on their research needs or personal interests. Additionally, I collaborate with colleagues to develop and promote educational programs and events that encourage community engagement with our resources. Through these efforts, I strive to enhance the library's role as a dynamic, user-friendly resource center that supports both academic and personal growth for our diverse patron base
My knowledge of open access, open science, and open scholarship is rooted in the principles of transparency, accessibility, and collaboration in academic research.
