The Chief campus librarian at the Pallisa Faculty of Management Sciences is Joseph Wejuli. He currently attends Uganda Christian University (UCU) to pursue a Master's Degree in library and information science. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information science from Uganda Christian University.

He is a motivated, results-driven individual, and approaches his work with conviction and decisiveness. He addresses problems straight away, looking for constructive solutions. Wejuli presently supports the Automation agenda of the library, which includes the learner management system (LMS), online resource access, virtual referencing, institutional repository, and catalog populating the library (ODEL). Along with being a self-driven team player, he is committed to helping the university communities by providing information, access, retrieval, and research techniques.
