As we continue signifying excellence in our service provision, the Science and Education library team led by the Campus Librarian embarked on a users’ study aimed at identifying the information behavior of students at the faculty in line with library use. The study also generated users needs in regard to library offerings  

The engagements were fruitful and yielded positive results that will enable the library serve the students better.

We appreciate the time of our dear students and their honest responses to help us offer services that reflect users’ voices.
